They certainly go well together at Coopertown Café, a dining establishment situated in Hattiesburg, run by native Brookhaven brothers, Cameron and Doyce Cleckler. “& ldquo; We originate from a cooking family members,” & rdquo; claimed proprietor, Cameron Cleckler. Their grandparents, Houston and Gladys Jordan, opened up The 84 Dairy products Twist in the 1960s.
Not only are the food and music southern, yet the décor is, as well. Each tabletop screens a style, whether it be “& ldquo; Gone With the Wind” & rdquo; or & ldquo; Southern Miss. & rdquo; Camp Shelby is additionally represented. “& ldquo; Every table top is an initial that we made ourselves,” & rdquo; said C. Cleckler. The café has a laid-back feeling. The owner explained the feel as “& ldquo; extremely laid back & rdquo; – and & ldquo; laid-back dining & rdquo;-- the perfect atmosphere for the smooth, velvety blues.
